I received my BFA and my MFA from the Art Institute of Chicago and my academics were at the University of Chicago. While at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, I had an assistantship in Printmaking…Etching. I was in numerous galleries in th Chicago area including the cooperative gallery ARC. I also had my work constantly in the Sales and Rental Gallery in the Museum of the Art Institute of Chicago. When I moved to California, I had a baby a month later and it took me a while to get back into art. When I did I had work in Valley Art Gallery (over 40 Years) and other places for shows. I joined Lafayette Art Gallery about 20 years ago and was with them when they moved to the Forge. After that I joined the Diablo Fine Arts Gallery and currently I am in the Blackhawk Art Gallery. I also have an etching in the Smithsonian and I am in the book California Printmakers.
